An interesting read! I've found that sometimes our biggest opponent is our own reluctance to try - sometimes we're so scared of failure we rationalize that the event/thing/opportunity simply isn't that great
Hmmm, this was an interesting read, I’m curious to know how sustainable this is to operate like this all the time, at our highest potential? Or is it just for shifting our mind during transitions in life?
Great take. Mostly, it's an empowerment tool. Shifting our mindset like this helps us clarify the core things that are important to us and approach them with greater passion and effort. We might not be able to keep it up all the time, but if we do it at least some of the time, we'll def see meaningful growth in our lives.
This is a great change in perspective. I think many of us don't realize how much energy we actually have stored up inside. Our minds probably reserve that for when it matters. But when we start seeing every opportunity as important, we can allow ourselves to unlock that energy at will.
Definitely needs some work to achieve that, but this is a really good reframe.
I like it and will give it a go but another thing that comes to mind is sometime this unlocking of energy can be an adrenaline rush because you’re operating from fear and anxiety from that “big” moment and it’s not really tapping into untapped energy but a fight or flight moment that causes the adrenaline rush… thoughts?
Yes, sometimes energy can come from fear, which we wouldn't want to lean into. What I'm speaking on is that "F yeah!" energy and how mindfully bring more of it into your life.

Hmmm, I see! Thank you for the clarification, that makes a lot of sense 🙏🏾
I’m going to try this today! Thank you.
You raise good points, Cory. This is a good mindset and perspective for us to cultivate.

I really enjoyed this read and it got me thinking, especially the part about the opponent being your barrier holding you back. Thank you for sharing!
Beautifully said. Love this approach and mindset 🙌🏼
Thank you 🙏🏻
