An interesting read! I've found that sometimes our biggest opponent is our own reluctance to try - sometimes we're so scared of failure we rationalize that the event/thing/opportunity simply isn't that great

Hmmm, this was an interesting read, Iā€™m curious to know how sustainable this is to operate like this all the time, at our highest potential? Or is it just for shifting our mind during transitions in life?

This is a great change in perspective. I think many of us don't realize how much energy we actually have stored up inside. Our minds probably reserve that for when it matters. But when we start seeing every opportunity as important, we can allow ourselves to unlock that energy at will.

Definitely needs some work to achieve that, but this is a really good reframe.

I like it and will give it a go but another thing that comes to mind is sometime this unlocking of energy can be an adrenaline rush because youā€™re operating from fear and anxiety from that ā€œbigā€ moment and itā€™s not really tapping into untapped energy but a fight or flight moment that causes the adrenaline rushā€¦ thoughts?
