Yes Cory, beautifully written! I’ve recently quit cannabis realizing that the way I was using it was to cope and numb the pain instead of feeling it enough for it be released.

The cannabis was never the problem, suppressing what was contributing to the anxiety and depression was the problem . No longer needing to depend on an unhealthy intention has created space for deeper breaths, tears without the headache and words of gratitude in my journal ✨

Let go of something good for something better. It's better to act in a position of power. When it is not too late. If it is intrinsic. If we keep on gripping onto something not for us, nature will intervene and smack us in the right direction. But to each their own way of learning, that's why the world is beautiful.
